1,Overview
DDZY1771 single-phase electronic energy meter (hereinafter referred to as "meter") is an electric energy meter developed to meet the transformation of China's power grid and used to measure single-phase active energy with a reference frequency of 50Hz/60Hz. The meter adopts international advanced ultra-low power large-scale integrated circuit technology and high-tech products manufactured by SMT process, and has significant advantages such as high measurement accuracy, good stability, high reliability, intuitive display and strong overload capability. The key components are long-life devices of international famous brands. The data display adopts LCD LCD. The readings are intuitive and easy to read. The meter has infrared and RS485 communication functions, providing advanced and reliable measurement tools for single-phase energy measurement.
The meter complies with the standard DL/T 645-2007 "Multi-Function Table Communication Protocol" and GB/T 17215.321-2008 "Class 1 and Class 2 Static AC Active Energy Meter".
2,Working principle
As shown in the figure below, the main working principle of the meter: the power consumed by the user is sampled by current and voltage, and then multiplied by the A/D converter and sent to the multiplier. After the product, the signal is converted by the D/F converter, and the output of the frequency dividing circuit is output. The pulse is sent to the single-chip CPU for data processing and measurement. The single-chip CPU communicates with the outside by extending the infrared and RS485 interfaces, and sets, manages and displays the meter.

6,Dimensions and installation wiring
6.1. Dimensions are as follows: The meter is fixed on the meter box with three screws.
6.4. This product is a solid-state static meter with no user-adjustable components inside. It is not necessary to open the casing during use.
6.5. The meter is inspected and ex-factory before leaving the factory. Before the user installs and uses it, it can be installed and used under the premise of checking the qualified mark and the seal is intact. For the unleaded seal or the meter with long storage period, the relevant department should be re-inspected and qualified for installation.
6.6. The meter should be installed in a ventilated and dry place indoors. It should be fixed with three screws. The hole should be drilled first on the bottom plate during installation. The base should be fixed on a solid, fire-resistant and non-vibrating object. The installation height is about 1.8m. The installation is safe and reliable. In places where there is contamination or damage to the meter, the meter is protected by a protective cabinet. The meter should be correctly wired according to the wiring diagram. The copper wire or copper joint is recommended for the lead wire of the terminal box. The screws inside the terminal box should be tightened to avoid burning due to poor contact heat.
6.7. After the meter is energized according to the above correct wiring, it will enter the normal operation state.
6.8. If the meter is found to have an abnormal phenomenon during use, it cannot be disassembled by itself. It should be handled by qualified professionals.
7,Transportation and storage
7.1. The meter must be transported and stored under the original packaging conditions. The meter should be installed indoors as much as possible, and must be protected by a dedicated meter box for outdoor installation. No corrosive gas shall exist in the storage environment, and the storage height shall not exceed five layers.
8.2. The meter shall not be subjected to severe impact during transportation and unpacking, and shall be transported and stored in accordance with JB/T9329-1999 "Basic Environmental Conditions and Test Methods for meteration, Transportation, Transportation and Storage".
8,Warranty period and after sales service
18 months from the date of shipment, the user will be responsible for free repair or replacement if the user fails to comply with the technical requirements after observing the transportation, storage and use specifications specified in this manual and under the condition of complete seal.
